Graham is a heavyweight Marketing & Comms professional with over 26 years industry experience to his name. Like a salmon, Graham has recently returned to his native South Wales following a successful 21 year career in London. Graham has worked at the highest level in Marketing & Advertising for some of the biggest agencies in the world on many famous household name brands before setting up what would become one of the first ‘boutique’ communications consultancies in the UK to focus solely on sustainability and CSR, which boasted a client list that included ASDA, Royal Mail, IFAW, The Green Party, British Gas, GE and the London Borough’s of Camden and Islington.

Graham is the creator of the critically acclaimed International GREEN AWARDS which he co-managed and co-produced until 2011. Graham has become a specialist at taking complex sustainability messaging and communicating it in an easy to understand way to consumer and stakeholder audiences.

Graham is also an active ‘Eco-preneur’ and is currently establishing a unique social enterprise that will attempt to create much needed employment in the ex-coalmining areas of South Wales. ‘Valleys Veg’ is an attempt to kick-start a high-tech horticultural industry in the most deprived areas of the South Wales Valleys and will produce gourmet vegetables using innovative production methods such as hydroponics and vertical growing techniques for a B2B trade market.

Harriet is a sustainability communications expert with specialisms in employee engagement, PR and behaviour change. Working for prestigious agencies such as OgilvyEarth and Futerra, she has created programmes to catalyse change, motivate employees and build brand loyalty through sustainability for clients such as Kraft, Unilever, AXA, Sony and the League of Intrapreneurs.

Harriet has over nine years experience in the sustainability sector, starting out in accreditation on the Energy Saving Recommended Mark, before moving into PR and media relations at the Energy Saving Trust and on to strategic communications. Freelance for over a year, she recently travelled to Brazil to work on the first behaviour change framework for emerging economies with Eight Sustainability Platform. She also lectures in purpose driven branding and behaviour change at INSEEC Business School in London.

She also works as a journalist and blogger. Her insights into millennials, sustainability in Brazil, programmatic media trading, motivation and gamification have been published in Green Futures, The Drum and Guardian Sustainable Business. A passion for the psychology of human behaviour drives her work and her human-centric campaign approach.
